From 2019 to 2020 TBA Urban provided program operations services to the infant but rapidly growing TfNSW Transport Asset Revitalisation Program (TARP).
Consisting of over 80 project sites located all over NSW, TARP is a strategic initiative to make better use of underutilised property assets and to improve financial sustainability, enhance customer experience, and deliver state and local policy outcomes for communities.
Within this role TBA Urban provided a range of project and program management services including preparation of project specific documentation, development of project plans, co-ordinating team resources to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time and budget within agreed scope.
In the absence of a fit for purpose property clearance framework, TBA Urban developed a 22-Step Property Clearance Program to confirm TfNSW owned property is not required for existing operational or future strategic transport uses. This program was finetuned to include targeted stakeholder engagement of the relevant teams within the land owning agency, the entire TfNSW cluster, and with other interested NSW government agencies.
TBA Urban managed a team of 5 specialist in delivering the clearance program that consisted of circa 70 active projects. As well as this TBA Urban was integral in identifying and driving a new subdivision approval pathway for TfNSW utilising an exempt development pathway and also managed the subdivision team.
