TBA Urban provided client-side development advisory services to evaluate redevelopment opportunities and provide transaction strategies for 2ha of land within a Strategic Centre adjoining, and within, a rail corridor.
In developing options, value-add and divestment strategies, TBA Urban utilised in-house expertise to navigate complex issues involving existing leases, over-station development opportunities, heritage, property clearance within a rail corridor, government stakeholder and transport outcome requirements.
TBA Urban prepared a Preliminary Feasibility report providing recommendations for value optimisation, transaction, program, budget and risk management strategies. This included working with Urban Design, Planning, QS, Transport stakeholders.
TBA Urban also prepared client-side reporting and stakeholder management.
