TBA Urban were engaged by Regional Development NSW (RDNSW) to develop and deliver a market engagement strategy and to ascertain market appetite and conditions for future investment in Harwood’s expansion and diversification into other marine related uses.
TBA Urban’s investigations and findings were presented in a report providing the client the necessary evidence demonstrating demand and project viability to support the progress of business case investment for the Harwood Marine redevelopment.
The redevelopment opportunity involves an industrial and working waterfront zoned area of 22.8ha, within the Clarence Valley Local Government Area. The existing Harwood Marine operation covers approximately 7Ha with direct access to the Clarence River.
