In April 2020 TBA Urban was engaged by the project architect to provide planning design guidance and prepare the development application planning documentation (Statement of Environmental Effects, and additional information responses letter).
The project was for an attached dual occupancy dwelling with strata subdivision.
TBA Urban provided the client with planning reviews of concept plans and development control guidance during the design phase of the project. Once the designs were approved by the land owner, TBA Urban prepared the planning documentation required to accompany the development application which was lodged in September 2020.
After the numerous discussions with Council Assessment Planner, the Team Leader, and a detailed response to Council’s additional information request addressing Council’s concerns, approval was granted to the proposal in early January 2021.
