Planning (Statutory and Strategic)
In September of 2019 TBA Urban provided statutory planning services to obtain approval for an alterations and additions proposal to an existing dwelling. Our client had lodged a development application and was issued with an additional information request from Council which was not supportive of the proposal.
TBA Urban provided the client with strategic guidance and assisted in re-characterising the proposal and developing a planning approval strategy with commensurate justification for Council to support the proposal.
After the submission of an addendum to the submitted Statement of Environment Effects and numerous discussions with Council’s Development Assessment Planner, our client obtained planning approval within 3 months of engaging TBA Urban.
